Becker's Hamilton Pond Wedding

Bride and groom kiss at the end of the aisle after ceremony.

We recently got the chance top photograph Rebecca and Shelby's Hamilton Pond's Wedding.

What a day it was! Rebecca and Shelby tied the knot in a charming outdoor ceremony at Hamilton Pond, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Surrounded by nature, family, and friends, their celebration was filled with laughter, love, and a few happy tears. From the stunning scenery to the personal touches, every moment captured the couple’s unique vibe.

Number One Tip for Future Phocus Couples to Consider About The Wedding Day:

We all know that “The Wedding Day” is probably the most stressful day out of all the planning because this is the day that it all counts, however, you need to try to relax and if something does not go the way that it was supposed to go then you just have to go on about the day. It obviously was not meant to be and there is not enough time in the day to stress about that one thing. The day will get away from you and the next thing you know you are married and with your forever person and that is all that matters!

What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video?

The moment that I am most looking forward to see in the photos/video is my first look with my father.

What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video?

The moment I’m most looking forward to in photos and videos is when Rebecca first came down the aisle and I saw her for the first time. I’m also looking forward to seeing the photos of me and my father during the groomsmen photos. - Shelby

How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!)

We met through my middle sister Christina. She was not very keen on Shelby and I dating because we had both just gotten out of terrible relationships, but we were adamant on proving her wrong.

Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love?

My dress was the eighth dress that I tried on and when I put it on I just knew it was the one. I loved the corset top and very puffy bottom. I knew I wanted a ball gown, no straps and a corset top.

What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?

Jason Aldean’s version of Heaven, originally done by Bryan Adams in 1985. When Jason Aldean released the song we fell in love with it. When we got engaged we immediately knew that would be our first dance song.

Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day:

When I saw Rebecca coming down the aisle I was speechless. She looked stunning. I immediately cried when I turned around. She was absolutely perfect. -Shelby

Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day:

When I finally got to hold Shelby’s hands and become his wife was very emotional. He has been my person ever since the first day we met and to finally be his wife is everything to me. -Rebecca

What was the most emotional part of the day for you?

There were quite a few emotional moments. The first one was when Shelby had flowers and a note sent to the bridal house. The second moment was when I put my gown and jewelry on with my mom. The third was my first look with my father. The final and best moment was when I finally got to hold Shelby’s hands and get married!! -Rebecca

What was the most emotional part of the day for you?

There were quite an emotional moments throughout the day. The first was when my dad helped me get ready before photos. Helping me adjust my bow tie and straightening my boutonniere. The second was definitely the first touch. I had held it together all morning and when I felt her hand on mine I lost it. The final moment was when I turned around and saw Rebecca in her gown walking down the aisle with her dad. I was a wreck.-Shelby

What is ONE moment of your day that you will always remember?

The moment I will always remember is when Shelby turned and looked at me for the first time walking down the aisle in my dress. He was crying when I got to him and my dad gave me over to him.
