Number One Tip for Future Phocus Couples to Consider About The Wedding Day: Just let loose! It's a fun day, dont stress over the small stuff

We love when our couples feel loose and themselves on the wedding day. It goes by so fast, being caught up in all the "go, go, go" of the day can be a little stressful. Our biggest advice on the day, take your time, take it all in and enjoy every second. Logan and Shianne definitely understood that assignment. They were so laid back, and just themselves that nothing else really mattered.

We always want couples to be themselves. If that means bringing a giant sword to the wedding, then do it! Whatever crazy things you like to do together, if it's YOU than let's do it!

How did you two meet? We met on Tinder! Logan lived in England for most of high school and when he returned to the states he didn't have a lot of friends in this area because his friends were still overseas. He was on Tinder to meet people and make friends, and I was on Tinder because I had just gotten out of a high school relationship and just graduated. We started talking and agreed to hang out as friends, but we ended up falling in love literally the first day we hung out. Our first date lasted from 10 AM until 7:30 AM the next day. I showed him all around Pensacola because he had never been, and around 10 PM we were on the Palafox Pier looking at the dark ocean and the shining stars of the sky above us just sitting together quietly. He pulled our his phone and had an app that showed him where all the constellations and planets were in the sky, and he pointed them out to me and I think that’s when I knew I loved him. After that day we became inseparable. We dated for 4 years before he proposed, and as of now we have been together for 5!

Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love? I wanted long sleeves and have never liked lace, but I was going for a Stevie Nicks type vibe. I told the stylist that and she said “okay; you don’t like lace, and it doesn’t have sleeves…. But I can just see you in this dress, please try it on.” And when I did, I LOVED IT! She helped me find some sleeves to add to it, and I could never be happier! My stylist was seriously the best. Shout out to Katie at The Bridal Suite!

We loved Shianne's Boho, lace inspired dress. it was so unique and stunning. The off the shoulder sleeves were perfect for the feel of the venue.

What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it? Our first dance was I Don’t Mind by Defeater, we chose it because we both love Pop Punk bands and it made us think of eachother.

Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day: I felt like everything was finally coming together and it was all really happening. He looked absolutely amazing, I have never seen him dressed up and it was like seeing him for the first time all over again and my heart felt full. He is so gorgeous and I felt so lucky to be able to call him my husband.

These two were so precious during their first look. In these moments, we see couples react in so many different ways. Some laugh, some cry and some stand there in awkwardness every now and then....Shianne and Logan on the other hand were in their own little world and I am not mad about it.

What was the most emotional part of the day for you? Reading our vows and hearing the sniffles from our friends and family, and having Mary cry lol.

What is ONE moment of your day that you will always remember? Do I have to pick one? There are so many to pick from. I guess maybe the few minutes we had to ourselves between photos and the reception. We definitely made out in the chapel a little and did a little happy dance because we had gotten through all the hard parts. But the cake cutting was also super cool, and so was us cutting pumpkins in half with the sword at the end of the night. And running through the dark woods without lights because we’re crazy lol.

We loved getting to photograph Shianne and Logan's wedding day. Their day was full of little things that represented them as a couple and we enjoyed every second of it. We wish these two years are happiness together!

Favorite part of the Phocus Experience? You guys are so cool and it’s so easy to talk to you and feel comfortable! It helps that we know a lot of the same people, I guess, but we love how comfortable we felt.

Here are some of our favorite of the day!
