Grace and Trey’s Hotel Effie wedding was a stunning celebration filled with love and charm. Their outdoor ceremony, set against a backdrop of lush greenery, created a magical atmosphere as they exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family. The reception transitioned seamlessly into the elegant ballroom, where guests enjoyed a night of laughter and dancing. A highlight of the day was undoubtedly their beloved dog, Millie, who stole the show with her adorable presence, adding an extra layer of joy and warmth to the festivities. I mean... can everyone bring their dog to their big day because our team fan girled all day over sweet Millie! It was a day that beautifully reflected Grace and Trey’s unique love story, surrounded by family, friends, and their furry companion.

How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!)We met online during COVID in April of 2020. Grace lived in Texas at the time and Trey lived here in Florida so for their first date, Grace came to Florida. Trey picked her up from the airport and took her to a private airport. He then took her up in a little Cessna and flew her over the emerald coast beaches and they shared their first kiss 1500 ft in the air. A few days later Trey asked her to be his girlfriend and the rest is history!
Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love? I wanted a dress that was unique and unlike any other I had seen! I had found a designer named Lilian West who I feel in love with her style and ultimately found the most unique dress from her. The had planned my entire wedding dress experience around stores that carried this designer and the moment I put the dress on I knew it was the one. I love love love my dress and could not have happier with it.
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it? Our first dance song with She’s Like Texas by Josh Abbott band. That song means so much to us. Most of our time dating I was in Texas. I lived in both Dallas and Austin and Trey is from Houston so we have so many memories together in those cities. The lyrics of the song perfectly illustrates us and Trey falling in love with me.
Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day: She looked absolutely beautiful and perfect. She looked so happy and stress free and I couldn’t wait to marry her. And then party with all our friends and family.-Trey
What was the most emotional part of the day for you? (groom's response)My mother and I shared a special moment with her giving me a gift. She gave me a way to have my grandmother, grandfather, and my godmother (all of whom have since passed) apart of our wedding.
We had a wonderful day with these two (and of course Millie girl)! There are simply too many beautiful shots from the day so here are a few we loved! Congrats to Grace and Trey on the beginning of their happily ever after!
