We absolutely had the best time at Calvin and Carleen's Hotel Effie wedding. They say rain on the wedding day brings good luck.... let's just say Mr. and Mrs. Crenshaw will have a happy life FULL of good luck. On a real note.... if it rains, it's not the end of the world. A good tip to think about when wedding planning is to pick a venue that has a great back up plan if it rains. Calvin and Carleen chose to get married at the Hotel Effie in Sandestin, Florida. We love getting the chance to shoot here. With their covered patio/walkway, it's the perfect area for any photo sessions during the rain.

The biggest thing I can tell brides is to "Go with the Flow!" If you are rained out on your wedding day and have to schedule a reshoot, don't worry. Everything works out in the end. Stressing on the day isn't going to do anything besides have you look back and remember all the stress that happened.
