Today’s styled session was pure cinema come to life.

We set out to answer one question: “What would it look like if Meredith Blake actually got her vineyard wedding?”

Think: marble-clean elegance, sharp silhouettes, Napa-meets-Lake-Arrowhead glamour, and a little gold-dipped drama, and a veil-top hat combo because Meredith would demand it 😌).

We poured our hearts into every detail, and we truly hope we did @elaine4animals proud with this one.

Wedding advice we’d give you if we weren’t afraid to hurt your feelings…from a wedding photo team that has seen it ALL:
1. “Your Pinterest board is not a shot list.” We’re here to capture your day authentically—not recreate someone else’s wedding. Trust us to capture moments you didn’t even know you’d want.
2. “Running late means less time for good photos—period.” Every minute behind schedule eats into your photo time. If hair/makeup runs over, your dreamy golden hour portraits are the first to go.
3. “We can’t Photoshop your uncle out of every photo.” If someone’s important to you, remind them to smile, not photobomb, and please put down the phone.
4. “DIY weddings don’t always save money—they create stress.” We’ve watched brides hot glue table runners at midnight. Don’t sacrifice peace of mind for a 5% budget cut.
5. “The ceremony lighting matters more than your Pinterest arch.” Backlighting = glowing magic. Harsh midday sun in the wrong direction = squinting and shadows. Let us help with ceremony timing.
6. “Your wedding party sets the tone.” If your bridal party complains, is drunk before noon, or ignores the schedule, it throws off everything. Choose supportive people, not obligations.
7. “We’re not magicians. We can’t turn chaos into calm.” A wedding day without a coordinator is a gamble. If you don’t have a planner or at least a day-of coordinator, you become the go-to person when things go wrong.
8. “Reception lighting changes everything.” If the DJ turns everything purple or red, your photos will be purple or red. Ask for neutral or warm dance floor lighting if you care about good reception shots.
9. “Don’t overbook your timeline.” If you plan 10 events into a 6-hour timeline, something will get cut. Probably the photo time you cared most about.

Wedding advice we’d give you if we weren’t afraid to hurt your feelings…from a wedding photo team that has seen it ALL:
1. “Your Pinterest board is not a shot list.” We’re here to capture your day authentically—not recreate someone else’s wedding. Trust us to capture moments you didn’t even know you’d want.
2. “Running late means less time for good photos—period.” Every minute behind schedule eats into your photo time. If hair/makeup runs over, your dreamy golden hour portraits are the first to go.
3. “We can’t Photoshop your uncle out of every photo.” If someone’s important to you, remind them to smile, not photobomb, and please put down the phone.
4. “DIY weddings don’t always save money—they create stress.” We’ve watched brides hot glue table runners at midnight. Don’t sacrifice peace of mind for a 5% budget cut.
5. “The ceremony lighting matters more than your Pinterest arch.” Backlighting = glowing magic. Harsh midday sun in the wrong direction = squinting and shadows. Let us help with ceremony timing.
6. “Your wedding party sets the tone.” If your bridal party complains, is drunk before noon, or ignores the schedule, it throws off everything. Choose supportive people, not obligations.
7. “We’re not magicians. We can’t turn chaos into calm.” A wedding day without a coordinator is a gamble. If you don’t have a planner or at least a day-of coordinator, you become the go-to person when things go wrong.
8. “Reception lighting changes everything.” If the DJ turns everything purple or red, your photos will be purple or red. Ask for neutral or warm dance floor lighting if you care about good reception shots.
9. “Don’t overbook your timeline.” If you plan 10 events into a 6-hour timeline, something will get cut. Probably the photo time you cared most about.
