To say these two had chemistry was an understatement! They naturally gravitated toward each other all throughout the day. We always urge our couples to really be in those moments of the day. We all know, you only get one chance to enjoy your wedding day. Katelynn and Brandon 100% achieved that goal.

What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? I was most looking forward to seeing Brandon’s first reaction seeing me walking down the aisle. -KateLynn

The moment KateLynn walked down that aisle, you could see the excitement beaming on Brandon's face. He looked like a kid in a candy shop. As she walked down the aisle, she looked so excited. Smiling from ear to ear, she couldn't help but watch his reaction. It was the sweetest moment.

What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? I was most looking forward to seeing Katelynn face after the ceremony. To capture our 5 year journey in one moment. - Brandon

How did you two meet? We meet at a Christmas party in 2016 , felt a connection and spent the night dancing to live music, and having a few drinks. After that night we went separate ways and then reconnected after we ran into each other on New Year’s Eve 2016. Our First date was the following night and the rest is history.

Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love? It was very traditional, but the fabric stood out and made me fall in love the the dress.

Katelynn's dress was very romantic and timeless. It definitely fit the vibe of the day.

What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it? Say you won’t let go by James Arthur. We choose this song because we both were in a car when we heard it the first time and we both said to each other that the song reminded us of “us”

Their first dance was so special. They just danced and took in the moments like they were the only ones in the room. Some people get so nervous dancing in a room full of people staring at you, but these two could't have cared less. It was just Katelynn and Brandon in that one moment together.

Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day: I felt all the nerves, all the butterflies go away. Then was overcome with happiness and joy. Marrying her was the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do.- Brandon

Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day: Excitement, and relief that he was actually there and didn’t dip out.

What was the most emotional part of the day for you? Getting ready and feeling the anxiety for what the rest of the day had instore -Katelynn

What was the most emotional part of the day for you? For me, the most emotional part for me was when my great grandmother looked into my eyes while taking photos and told me she loved me. And my grandfather telling me he was emotional and happy for me. ( he is not an emotional man at all) -Brandon

We are suckers when it comes to the grandparent shot. We love them ALL. There is something about those moments that just get us in the heart. Whether it's the grandfather seeing the bride for the first time or the grandson giving his grandmother a kiss on the cheek, having those pictures to look back on are some of the most priceless photos.

What is ONE moment of your day that you will always remember? We both will never forget the moment for our first kiss and husband and wife

Katelynn and Brandon were two of the sweetest people to photograph. One of my favorite parts of our job is getting to meet and get to know couples. What makes them "them". What makes them laugh together... What makes them have those moments with each other.

All together, their wedding day was so beautiful. We couldn't be more excited that we got to capture all their moments of the day.

Favorite part of the Phocus Experience? How helpful, and above and beyond you guys went to making sure our day went super smooth and didn’t have anything to worry about. Literally the second best decision for our day! Lol ;)
