Number One Tip for Future Phocus Couples to Consider About The Wedding Day: Don't sweat about the small details and enjoy every minute. Our friend who married us also reminded us to mentally take a step back during the ceremony and soak in the moment because the excitement and nerves can make the whole experience become a blur.
These two were the absolutely the coolest couple. They made the day so easy and fun to capture. From Brett's band playing to having Italian ice (which was sooooo good), they definitely had a perfect day!

One of my favorite moments of the day... when he sees her for the first time. Whether it's during a first look or that moment he sees her walking down the aisle, I will never get tired of capturing those moments.
How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!) We first met at Washington High School in our Advanced Placement biology class. We both had a crush on each other, but the timing wasn't right until years later when we started hanging out and Jessica had plans to move to WA state in 3 months. After a month of dating, Jessica asked Brett if he would like to move up to WA state with her and he said yes!
Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love? I wanted a dress that was modern, sexy, and simple. I wasn't a fan of the sparkles and lace. The moment I put this dress on, I knew it was the one. Plus my butt looked pretty amazing ;)
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it? I think it was Ru Paul's Supermodel (You better Werk). I'm (Jessica) a huge Ru Paul's Drag Race fan and wanted to "werk the runway" in my wedding dress.
Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day: Was definitely in awe in how beautiful she was!- Brett
These two were just perfect. The look that Brett gives his wife is something out of a movie. I know these two are going to do some great things!
Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day: Excited and happy ...we hadn't seen each other for basically 48 hours prior to that moment so I also just missed him!- Jessica
What was the most emotional part of the day for you? Hearing our friends' and family's toasts and about how proud of us they were had me ugly crying. - Jessica
We always love getting to hear toasts from friends and family. We hear funny stories, memorable moments, and all kinds of things from our couples friends and family.

What is ONE moment of your day that you will always remember? Our 4 year old nephew laying down the moves on the dancefloor
Favorite part of the Phocus Experience? Tim was like the best wingman anyone could ask for!! He fixed Jessica's bouquet to make it more of what she had envisioned. He killed the wasps that were trying to invade the bridal suite. Most of all though, he made us feel like he had our backs. He was very personable, professional, and kept things lighthearted.
