Number one tip for future brides?
The best tip that I could give future couples to consider about their wedding day is that your photographer MATTERS! Your photographer is with you most of your wedding day, you need for them to help keep you as calm and less stressed as possible while capturing the entire day! If you plan to cut cost anywhere, don’t let the photographer be the area where you cut cost. After all, when the day is over all you will ever have to reminisce with is pictures from the big day and you will want to have a team who has captured everything from the beginning to the end!
What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? The moment that I was most looking forward to seeing in the photos was the bridal shoot of me and the groom alone. The photos after the wedding where we are whisked away all alone to take those classic “wedding day” photos on private. You know the pictures that you see on the cover of the Bridal magazines, I think that’s the moment I was more excited for. -Jeffina
What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? The moment that I was most looking forward to was the family pictures. Pictures with my now wife and our children. -Thomas
How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!)
Thomas and I met about 12 years ago at a Bowling Alley. He was actually my brother in laws best friend, but that day at the bowling alley was our first time meeting in person. I wasn’t at all interested, but Thomas was, he didn’t mention it that day but he made sure to send that message through my brother in law to get to me at a later time, he swore from the very beginning that he would marry me if he was ever given the chance. Over time, Thomas and I became really good friends, and we were there for each other through some of the toughest times in life! Years passed and paths crossed again, this time we ended up developing a special bond. We fell in love and became each other’s peace. That was the very beginning of our love story!
Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love?
OMG the dress. The dress was nothing that I’ve dreamed of, but when I put it on it screamed class and elegance! That was the theme I wanted for our wedding day and this dress was all of that and some. That’s why I fell in love with that dress. Out of about 5 dresses, this one was the classiest and sexiest both at the same time.
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?
For our first dance, we actually chose a mesh up of 2 different songs. The first song was Made to love you by Gerald Levert, we chose this because we feel that it explains our love story perfectly. The second song was Too Long by King George. We chose this song because we both LOVE blues, we are old at heart and this is one of our favorite songs! Plus who doesn’t wanna turn things up a little after a slow dance!

On my wedding day, once the curtain opened and I was able to see my Groom. I definitely had an overwhelming amount of emotions! The emotion that I can remember most was the feeling of completion and happiness. -Jeffina
What was the most emotional part of the day for you?
The most emotional part of the day for me was during the reception, walking over the the memorial table and seeing the candles burning and the pictures of my now mother in law and all of my grandparents who are in heaven. They did not make it to see one of the best days of my life but I’m so glad that we were able the honor them in some kind of way during our big day! -Jeffina
