Heart on His Sleeve

What were the emotions on the wedding day? This wedding was definitely full of emotions! David is one of those guys that wears his heart on his sleeve. There is NO doubt that he is HEAD OVER HEELS in love with Kirsten....and it's quite obvious Kirsten feels the same way. I absolutely love when we meet couples and you just know that they were made for each other. This was one of those weddings...the love for these two is undeniable!

What was the "feel" of the wedding day? The feel of this wedding was so romantic! It was an outdoor ceremony which was full of flowers, love and emotion. Just Judys Flowers set up a BEAUTIFUL arbor full of wisteria at the ceremony site... it was literally breathtaking! Inside, they had tables of greenery, candles (lots and lots of candles), and lanterns! The dim lighting and tons of candles definitely set the mood!

What details did they incorporate into the wedding day? There were so many sentimental details throughout the wedding day. On Kirsten's bouquet, were her grandparents wedding rings. I know this meant a lot for Kirsten. Sometimes the little details like these can mean the world to someone. Around Kirsten's neck, she wore a gift that her mother gave her the morning of the wedding... a pearl necklace her grandmother would have wanted her to wear. You don't always need extravagant jewelry on a wedding day. Sometimes having a simple pearl necklace can hold more beauty and value than a diamond necklace bought from a store.

How did the groom react to seeing his bride for the first time? BEST. REACTION. EVER!! I honestly was looking forward all morning to seeing his reaction to Kirsten walking down the aisle. I could tell that David wasn't worried about all the people around watching. He was simply fixated on seeing his soon to be bride. The moment he saw Kirsten walking down that walkway, he lost it. Let's just say, pictures say it better than words sometimes...

What's one Vendor that really shined the day of? We worked with some absolutely AMAZING vendors at David and Kirsten's wedding! From the florist to the coordinator and even the Hair and Makeup people, they each were the perfect fit for this wedding. One vendor we have gotten the privilege to work with quite a bit lately has been Culinary Productions! They have the whole catering package! Their team is so professional and welcoming. They do whatever it takes to make the wedding reception pleasant and stress-free. They exceed my expectations at every wedding and their food....let's just say that you're missing out if you haven't tried what they have cooking!

Did the guests enjoy the Reception? I would definitely say so!! The reception was full of dancing, laughing and Photo Booth fun! Kirsten bought these light up wand for each of her guests and they LOVED it!! There was no specific age group dancing... they had guests of all ages dancing up in that reception! Fun was definitely had by ALL!

What kind of exit did the couple do? I absolutely loved that David and Kirsten decided on doing a rose petal send off! It's such a romantic way to end a romantic wedding day! Don't get me wrong...I still love sparklers, bubbles and even confetti but this one was perfect! It was the perfect ending to the beginning of their Happily Ever After!
