What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? (bride's response)Our private vows. Immediately after our first kiss, we decided step away from the crowd and read our vows to each other exclusively. It was the most intimate and romantic part of the day. My heart was so full in that moment with him.

What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? (groom's response)First look/ walking down the aisle/ first dance. All of it!

How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!)We met by pure chance! Pensacola 2016 July 4th, after having been at the beach all day, my brother calls me up as I’m about to pull into my driveway in Milton. Says to me, “ Hey bro you gotta come out to the beach with us tonight for fireworks!” So after pestering and badgering me to come out there I decided fine. So we met up at a mutual friends house and I walk in to the house and the first thing I see is this beautiful woman making a drink in the kitchen. Now I instantly ignored everyones greetings and asked “Who is that!?” Our friend said “Oh that’s Symone.” So I walked over and finally saw her face glowing as she made a Tito’s and lemonade. I introduced myself, asked what she was making and the conversation continued throughout the entire night. Inseparable from then on out I was infatuated by this woman. I had to see her… I pursued and persisted and was finally able to sweep her off her feet.

Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love? The sleeves! I loved the long sleeve and the way it hugged her body. She was the epitome of beauty. (Always is)

What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it?Simply the Best by Noah Reid, featured on Schitt’s Creek! This romantic acoustic rendition had me fantasizing about our wedding day since the first time I heard it. The lyrics are perfectly aligned with how I feel for Symone.

(For the Groom) Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day:Pure bliss, the culmination of both of our journeys leading to this beautiful moment in time, surrounded by our most beloved family and friends; it was perfect.

(For the Bride) Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day:I fell in love all over again! He looked so amazing in his suit, smiling from ear to ear. I was also a little nervous! But once I saw him, any lingering stress was melted away because I knew I was home.

What was the most emotional part of the day for you? (bride's response)The special moments I got to share with my parents and sister. They are my rocks, so everything is always emotional when it comes to them, especially my father. Our dance was something I had been dreaming of for a while because we are so close… it was so special for me.

What was the most emotional part of the day for you? (groom's response)Probably the moments leading to the first look. I almost broke down before anyone even made it downstairs to me. Other than that, it was definitely watching her walk down the aisle. I really had to hold the waterworks in.

What is ONE moment of your day that you will always remember? Playing the absolute SHIT outta the washboard with some spoons!! 🥄 🐊 The getaway car ride! Once we drove off, it was our moment of realization - OMG! WE’RE MARRIED!! We were taken on a little joyride downtown for some post wedding alone time. We listened to some fav songs. People yelled and waved! It was like we were famous for night. It was such a fun ending to our celebration.
