Brandon swore up and down in the engagement, and also on the wedding day, that he was not going to cry....well Cacey and I won the bet!!
What moment were you most looking forward to seeing in the photos/video? "My Bride as she’s walking down the aisle, our first kiss as husband and wife, and us walking back down the aisle together." - Brandon
Describing this moment as "joyful" or "happy" simply does not do enough justice!! You grow up your whole lives anticipating the day you get to marry the love of you life, and in this moment those dreams are now your reality!
How did you two meet? (Tell us all those little details!) "He slid into those Dms haha. Him and my sister had mutual friends, and she told him to message me on Snapchat. He did what he was told, and we just had an immediate connection."
They always say that your sister will ALWAYS have your back, or have a little hand in you finding the love of your life LOL!! Brandon definitely won the best prize of them all, and we couldn't be more happy about it! ;)
Tell us about THE dress! What made you fall in love? "The sparkle and the details! I just love the way it fit me, and then train was just the amazing!"
What was your first dance song, and why did you choose it? "Diamonds or Twine by Ryan Hurd… We just felt like it really describes our relationship. No matter what happens, or what we have we always have love for each other and we’re always there for one another."
When Cacey and Brandon shared their first dance together, you could see the crowd fade from their eyes within every second that passed. It was just Cacey and Brandon for miles...
Describe what you felt when you saw your bride on your wedding day: "A lot of emotions haha. I was just so happy to finally see her coming down the aisle".- Brandon
Describe what you felt when you saw your groom on your wedding day: "Just pure happiness. We finally made it to a big part in our lives, and just seeing him there getting emotional as I was walking down the aisle I knew I couldn’t ask for anything better." - Cacey
We always try to remind our couples before the big day to really take in every single moment of the wedding planning journey, but also to try to soak in every second of their wedding day as well! We say that because we KNOW how fast these moments will fly by, so soak in every little second!
What was the most emotional part of the day for you? "Dancing with my mom and dad. We both held it together all day, and then we dance and we starts crying so naturally I start tearing up, and my mom had been sobbing all day so I was already prepared for her! haha" - Cacey
There's nothing like a momma's love! She is there for every up and down you faced from a child to an adult, so we only imagine just how overwhelming these moments can be. Mama Mendoza was such a sweetheart, and clearly there is NO denying the love she has for Cacey!
Favorite part of the Phocus Experience? "How they had everything we need at a moment’s notice and keeping us on track. Also making sure we get the good shots!"
Overall, the Wilson's wedding day was nothing short of perfection! You could see through every smile, and every tear, just how much this day was anticipated. Sharing the love, and creating memories that will go on ten, twenty, even thirty years from now!! Moments such as these are IRREPLACEABLE.
